Executive Director, Talent & Organizational Development at Beacon Health System
A native of South Bend, IN, Chad joined Beacon Health System in 2014 and currently serves as Beacon’s Executive Director, Talent & Organizational Development. Chad is an HR disruptor and innovation mentor. He's a frequent keynote speaker on HR innovation. Chad is also a self-described talent management addict and a reality-based leadership disciple. He is also an early adopter for Artificial Intelligence in the HR function, as well as a dedicated non-profit board member. He earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Purdue University and his master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from Roosevelt University and achieved the designation of Certified Innovation Mentor from the University of Notre Dame. Chad and his wife Kristin reside in Granger, IN with their two sons, Connor (17) and Tyler (15).
